We can prepare your construction permit plans and marketing floor plans. We can provide you copyright protection options. Re-use fees with our title block and Architectural Seal can start at .25 cents per square foot plus modifications, if needed.

We have many custom home plans that can be adjusted or modified for different budgets or architectural styles.

 It is often more valuable to our Builder clients to adjust or re-invent a current plan that they are familiar with. Cost control and value engineering is important. Good design can help sell at higher margins.
