Detailed blueprints may include: full drawings for floorplans, cross-sections, foundation plans; roofing plans; window and door schedules, interior details and an outline specification. Because climate varies by extremes from one part of the U.S. to another, we do not include plans for heating and air conditioning systems.
Although these plans conform to the Internationl Building Code (Date of design), local building codes are so unpredictable that we cannot give any assurance that the plans will meet the codes in your area without modification. Your local building inspector, your builder, and your local architect & engineer, if you choose to consult with one, must review the plans to ensure that they comply with regional codes. Adaptation of these plans to a specific site may also require modifications.
Please note that there are numerous ways of computing square footage for any house and that all figures given must be considered approximations.
